Project Notes:
- Try adding things like sequins, beads and more to the feathers for a creative turkey look!
- Don’t have googly eyes? Try using buttons or beads!

Instructions:
- Cut two circles from the brown/tan felt, one large circle and one smaller circle.
- Cut several feathers (I cut 7 of them for the turkey shown) from a variety of colors, getting the shape by making a curved line cut, then a second curved line towards the other one, making the feather shape.
- Cut a small yellow triangle for the turkey’s beak.
- Glue everything together, fanning and spacing out the feathers how you want them before gluing. You can try different color patterns for a fun look!
- Glue eyes and beak to the turkey’s head. Be careful not to use too much glue to prevent it from squishing out.
- Let cool and dry before moving to the next part of the pin.
- Flip it over and glue a pin backing to the back of the turkey and let cool/dry before wearing.
- Your pin is ready to wear! Happy Thanksgiving!
