Create this adorable pumpkin pie felt garland for a beautiful addition to your Thanksgiving and fall decor! Cute little slices of pumpkin pie are created with felt, then strung up into a fun garland with matching ribbon for a beautiful effect. Make this for your next Thanksgiving gathering for a lovely addition your decor!

Materials:
- US 11 8mm straight knitting needles
- 40 yards of #6/super bulky weight yarn (I used Wool Ease Thick and Quick from Lion Brand in the “Pumpkin” colorway
- Yarn/tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Measuring Tape
- Fiberfill/Polyfill for stuffing (you can also use yarn scraps, fabric scraps, or even cotton balls)
- Cinnamon stick or twig for stem
- Small piece of ribbon to wrap around stem (I used wide, wired burlap ribbon)
- Hot glue (or craft glue) for gluing on stem
Sizing:
- Pumpkin height is 3 inches
- Pumpkin with stem is 5 inches
- Pumpkin circumference is 16 inches

Project Notes:
- Try making on in a fall tweed or a variegated yarn too!
- Experiment with different stems and ribbons for a variety of effects!

Instructions:
- CO 32 stitches.
- Row 1: knit all stitches.
- Row 2: Purl all stitches.
- Repeat rows 1 and 2 until piece measures 6 inches from CO edge, ending on a purl row.
- BO all stitches, leaving a long tail for seaming.
- Glue a cinnamon stick or twig to top center of the pumpkin. Tie a piece of ribbon around the stem and trim. You can also add a small glue dot underneath of where the ribbon is tied to anchor it into place.
