Here’s what you’ll need:
- Orange and green construction paper
- Scissors
- Hole Punch
- 2 brad fasteners per pumpkin
Here’s how to make a 3D paper pumpkin!
- Cut 8 equal strips on orange construction paper (you can fold in half then in half again, then one more time for cutting guidelines if needed)
- Cut a small tab with the green paper for the stem.
- Stack all orange strips together and punch a hole at either end.
- Punch a hole at the top of the green stem.
- Place a brad through the holes at one end, then repeat for the other end, this time adding the stem too.
- Fan out the strips into a circular pumpkin shape as shown.
- Fold the stem upward to make it stand straight up as shown.
- If you like, you can add a face on your pumpkin or other decorations
- Happy fall decorating!
